McPherson - Hilliard
After meeting with the McPherson's we knew that it was going to be a very nice and tasteful project. The final design took a few drafts and even then we added a few details through the construction. We added the water fall, made the patio 110 square feet bigger, added lighting, and eventually added the plants. We also decided to add the dark red secondary border. The pavers are Richfield by Oberfield's, with Edington walls and columns, with a Non Weathered Versa Lok retaining wall holding up the upper level.

Jamison - Hilliard
The Jamison project includes an upper level grilling area and oversized steps down to the Pergola level for outdoor dining. We retained the elevated patios using Non Weathered Versa Lok in Earth Blend color. We also used Earth blend Washington pavers for all three levels. The third level is connected with a natural stone bridge. The third space is dedicated to a fire pit seating area. We also installed a rough cedar pergola, full lighting system, all new landscape beds and plantings. We also built a rough cedar swing support for their daughter to enjoy

Aleshire - Dublin
The Aleshire project included much input from Mrs. Aleshire; she had a vision and we worked very hard to accomplish installing it for their family. We installed an oversized upper level space to accommodate the grill and traffic patterns. The lower level has a dedicated dining space and fire pit. Both spaces are partially enclosed with seating walls and bookend columns. The paver is a Hansen product called English Cobbles with a Unilock Il Campo secondary border. This patio also has true semi circular steps from the home down to the upper level.

Moore - Ostrander
The Moore project was a great surprise for use late in the season. The Moore's found us at the February Home & Garden Show. Mr. Moore called in October and asked if we would give a price to build a design he bought somewhere else. We discussed some design and philosophy changes and then we implemented the changes to the original design. This home was a new-build in Ostrander and had a terrible lawn and basic builder package planting on the front of the house. We built the outdoor living area and renovated the lawn by doing a Comtil application and spruced up the front planting. The lawn took about 6-9 months to really look good as it was November when the lawn renovation was started.
