We removed an existing 300 square foot paver patio and wooden deck area and replaced it with
1000 square feet of mortared bluestone. The bluestone area started with an upper level grilling
area that steps down to an outdoor living room with a custom fireplace. The patio surface extends
via the same mortared bluestone with a walkway to the driveway and garage area.

Tartan Fields in Dublin

The Kramer project in Tartan Fields showcases several sought after details. The 922 square feet of Tumbled pavers are laid in a random pattern over three levels. The upper level grilling area, an intermediate level dining area, and a lower level for the fireplace setting add three additional living spaces outdoors.

Lakewood in Hilliard

The Whittekind project in the Hilliard Lakewood subdivision includes many of the options we offer to each client. Our clients chose to include a three directional set of extra wide stairs, fire pit, full planting, secondary level, built in grill with granite surround, a walkway to the driveway, full planting, and an outdoor lighting package.

This project started off small and was to include a renovated front entry and foundation planting. We removed the existing concrete sidewalk and builders package front landscaping to make room for the extra wide and welcoming curvilinear front walkway. We stretched the walkway down the side of the driveway to create an easier approach with cars parked in the drive.
